We had friends Grace and Miriam over this summer for our Co-op. Two 2 year olds and one 18 month old were fun and tiring. I can only imagine what Lily's MDO teachers do day after day - after my four hour stint, I needed to sit quietly! The girls were all great, Lily had several attacks of "MINE!!" when she noticed both Grace and Miriam going in opposite directions with toys, but it went very well! They all sat at the kitchen table for lunch, which was fun to watch. Little did I know until the end that one participant, who shall remain nameless, was sneakily dropping the unwanted watermelon onto the floor... :)
The girls spotted something very interesting in the back yard - they stopped on a dime in mid-run and stared fixated out the back window. I never saw it...and then they all started right back up again after about 90 seconds...very funny to watch!
Similar to the month before when Grace came over, Grace wanted Lily to nap on the couch with her again. And like last time, it too lasted about 2 minutes!
